Rooted in Afro-Brazilian traditions, this musical project—created in 2021 by a Brazilian collective based in Portugal—brings together powerful percussion, intertwining voices, and electronic textures. The ritual chants of the terreiros are extended through original compositions, in a spirit of transmission that honors the spiritual and communal dimensions of Umbanda. Their music becomes a living invocation, infused with memory, dance, and a deeply shared joy, where the sacred meets the present.
